Admission Procedure (Kuala Lumpur)
Documents to be Submitted
  • All students must complete the Online Registration Form.
  • Submit by post the Online Registration Form and the following documents to the Student Enrolment Centre:
    • A certified true copy of actual/forecast/trial examination results. For instance: SPM/ 'O'- Levels, STPM/ A-Levels, UEC, SAM, CPU or other equivalent qualifications.
    • A photocopied of Identification Card (IC), both sides.
    • 3 copies of passport-sized coloured photograph.
    • Other supporting documents for your application (if any), e.g. TOEFL, IELTS, MUET etc.
    • For Postgraduate Applications, kindly include:
      • Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
      • A 2-3 page essay (i.e. your personal statement) in relation to:
        • Your goals and objectives
        • How this programme will meet or enhance those objectives
    • A crossed cheque or bank draft or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) # for Registration made payable to UCSI Education Sdn. Bhd. The Registration Fees are as follows:
      • RM 400 (All programmes except Music, Medicine, Pharmacy and Postgraduate Programmes).
      • RM 500 (Music).
      • RM 650 (Medicine, Pharmacy and Postgraduate Programmes).

      For payment made by TT, please fax your full name and contact number to the Student Enrolment Centre at 03 - 91022614 for our subsequent action. Details for payment made via TT are as below:

Should you require accommodation, please complete the campus Accommodation Application Form (On Campus) / Accommodation Application Form (Off Campus) and submit it together with the Registration Form. Applications must be sent to the:

Students will be notified upon receipt of documents or / and payment.

The Letter of Acceptance will be issued and sent (for completed documents only) to students within two weeks of the processing date for the application. Applicants submitting insufficient documents will be informed of further materials needed to facilitate the process.
