Responsibilities

Your role is to provide exceptional customer service to all patients, provide professional administrative support and support towards all marketing initiatives at Laurent Bleu Sdn Bhd.

  • You shall assist in Sales & Marketing Strategies & Business Development.
  • You shall assist in developing and managing Marketing & Sales strategies for UCSI Path Lab and oversee the implementation of such strategies.
  • You shall initiate and manage various aspects of client relations/business development and sales activities. Where required, organize and lead visits to potential new clients.
  • You shall take on all essential administrative duties that are related to Laurent Bleu.
  • You shall provide professional administrative support to the department through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information and ensuring information is up to date and accurate.
  • You shall perform all other duties that may be assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.


Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification. 
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Administration and Sales & Marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.
  • Possess own transport.
