Responsibilities
• Take the lead in streamlining operations with the Springhill Student Enrolment Centre team.
• To spearhead student recruitment drive efforts for both the local and international market.
• Develop Student Enrolment Centre policies and procedures to maintain effective running of operations.
• Plan, organise and execute sales and marketing strategies in line with the direction of top management.
• Plan, organise, supervise and direct the implementation of all centre activities with team members.
• Set KPIs, evaluate and counsel all student enrolment staff regarding performance appraisal and job scope.
Requirements
- Degree in any field.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience preferably in the field of student recruitment.
- Possess digital marketing knowledge and its implementation.
- Possess sales management knowledge and its implementation.
- Ability to plan, organise and evaluate sales and marketing events or functions.
- Ability to analyse and interpret policies, procedures and data.
- Excellent interpersonal relations as well as oral and written communication skills
- Possess excellent written and oral Mandarin skills when communicating with students, parents, and lecturers.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; possess a mature attitude and is a good team player.
