Business Development Manager (based In Springhill, Port Dickson)

Responsibilities

•       Take the lead in streamlining operations with the Springhill Student Enrolment Centre team.

•       To spearhead student recruitment drive efforts for both the local and international market.

•       Develop Student Enrolment Centre policies and procedures to maintain effective running of operations.

•       Plan, organise and execute sales and marketing strategies in line with the direction of top management.

•       Plan, organise, supervise and direct the implementation of all centre activities with team members.

•       Set KPIs, evaluate and counsel all student enrolment staff regarding performance appraisal and job scope.

Requirements

• Degree in any field.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience preferably in the field of student recruitment.
• Possess digital marketing knowledge and its implementation.
• Possess sales management knowledge and its implementation.
• Ability to plan, organise and evaluate sales and marketing events or functions.
• Ability to analyse and interpret policies, procedures and data.
• Excellent interpersonal relations as well as oral and written communication skills
• Possess excellent written and oral Mandarin skills when communicating with students, parents, and lecturers.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; possess a mature attitude and is a good team player.
