Job function :

  • Perform procurement tasks. 
  • Perform general office/administrative tasks.
  • Perform document dispatch duty as and when required.
  • Involvement in asset management and inventory control.
  • To undertake any other duties assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirement :

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft application i.e., Word/ Excel
  • B1 license is compulsory.
  • Knowledge in asset management is an added advantage.
  • Willing to hand on to physical activities i.e. tagging and labelling
