Job function :
- Perform procurement tasks.
- Perform general office/administrative tasks.
- Perform document dispatch duty as and when required.
- Involvement in asset management and inventory control.
- To undertake any other duties assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirement :
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft application i.e., Word/ Excel
- B1 license is compulsory.
- Knowledge in asset management is an added advantage.
- Willing to hand on to physical activities i.e. tagging and labelling
