Francesca Enchang is a Marketing lecturer in the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at UCSI University Sarawak Campus.

She recently graduated from University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) taking a Corporate Master Degree in Business Administration. In 2013, she completed her Bachelor Degree (HONS) in Business Administration majoring in Marketing, and in 2011, she received her Diploma in Business Studies, both from Universiti Teknologi MARA Sarawak Campus. In 2007, she graduated from Sarawak Skills Development Centre in the Malaysian Skills Certificate majoring in Tourism and was also awarded the title of best student of the year.

While she was still studying in UiTM, she worked as a part time Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) data analyst. At that time, she started to have interest in writing research papers. In 2012, she represented Sarawak at a research competition organised by the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism. She presented a research paper on 'Does Fast Food Consumption Influence Student's Academic and Non Academic Performance' and won first prize. In 2014, she joined the 18th International Conference on ISO and TQM (ICIT), presented and published her paper titled 'Ethnocentrism in Consumer Resistance'.

Before she joined UCSI University, she had acquired two years teaching experience in Entrepreneurship, Principles of Management, Business Statistics and Research Methodology. Now, she is teaching Fundamentals in Marketing, Relationship Marketing, Leisure Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism Marketing, Customer Service, Organisational Behaviour, Introduction to Hospitality and Operations Management.
