  • Supervise and evaluate healthcare facility staff
  • Oversee and execute healthscreening operations
  • Oversee and perform health screening procedures including chest X-Ray, Mammography, Bone Densitometry, Stress Test, Audiology, Spirometry, ECG, Vision test among other assessment tests according to work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ensure proper handling and preservation of biological samples
  • Perform data entry and data quality control/check of health screening data forms and reports
  • Verify cash and clinical consumables daily
  • Maintain clinical inventory and equipment 
  • Post healthscreening telephone follow-up call
  • Generate and prepare healthscreening reports 
  • Cultivates an efficient and safe environment for patient’s satisfaction
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the healthcare facility
  • Oversee the staffs’ compliance to policies
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Deputy Director

  • At least two years of related experience.
  • Ability to interact with people of various age groups and background.
  • Proficient in English and fluent in spoken Mandarin or Malay or Tamil, to communicate with non-English speaking patients
  • Phlebotomy skill would be an advantage.
  • Must be able to make decisions to resolve problems quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience data analysis
  • Pro-active and self motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.
  • Possess own transport
