Chef Haziq, an expert of Gastronomy and Food & Beverage Management, is a Chef Lecturer for the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at UCSI University.
Previously, he held the position of Chef Lecturer for the School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts at INTI International College Penang. He holds a Masters, B.Sc. and Diploma from University Teknologi MARA.
He has over 5 years of teaching experience in several local colleges and 6 years of experience at 5 star hotels around Kuala Lumpur; namely, Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur as well as Prince Hotel Kuala Lumpur (currently known as Pullman KLCC). He has been involved in local and international Culinary challenges, being awarded with medals and certifications in all competitions. He specializes in Hot Cooking as well in Pastry.
