Responsibilities

  • Create marketing plans geared toward end-users for each key product within the portfolio, in line with strategy and targets and within budget.
  • Social Media – Engagement and growth of the online community.
  • Management of the corporate website and online marketing media.
  • Involve in e-commerce business development, formulate strategies, and manage all campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage customer inquiries and customer services.
  • Produce a report on online sales performance.
  • Assist in copywriting such as conceptualizing, researching, writing, and proof-read content of articles, marketing materials eg: banners, broacher, flyers, coupons, etc.
  • Liaise with printing vendors on the quotation and follow-up production of all marketing materials.
  • Conceptualization, development, and execution of strategic marketing plans/programs, advertising, and promotional initiatives/campaigns.
  • Be involved in developing strong branding & positioning strategies.
  • Events management such as launches and PR activities.
  • Create and implement marketing communications for books from pre-publication to post-publication.
  • Develop business strategies and achieve performance targets.
  • Develop strategies and deliver excellent sales and after-sales services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develop new ideas for reaching end-user markets using the latest in electronic technologies.
  • Work closely with in-house designer/agency on the development of POSM / Communication materials including Brand Imagery and ensure it's within Brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with events coordinator to maximize visibility at conferences, including compiling a list of products and literature to display/demo, producing delegate inserts, etc.
  • Market research and competitor analysis
  • Perform market research to assess the viability of potential new products and to measure the success of recent campaigns.


Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Design field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce, marketing, digital marketing, website management & maintenance as well as social media.
  • Strong knowledge & experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Energetic, creative & passionate about online marketing and social media, internet savvy and digital devices literate is a must.
  • Positive driven and independent attitude.
  • Good command of spoken and written in Bahasa, English, and Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good art direction (color and typography), create and possess a strong understanding of graphic design and visual art.
  • A team player who is passionate, able to work independently, possesses meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation skills, familiarity with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator, graphic design, coding & experience in a healthcare setting will be an added advantage.
