- Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene in all kitchen and food and beverage areas.
- Dishwashing, cleaning of kitchen and stewarding area and dealing with garbage clearance in an effective and efficient manner.
- Assist in inventories, to store and issuance of equipment correctly.
- Assist service staff for buffet set and event setup.
- At least SPM holder.
- At least 1 year experience in stewarding is required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Should love working with food.
- Can work well in team in a diverse work environment.
