Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene in all kitchen and food and beverage areas.
Dishwashing, cleaning of kitchen and stewarding area and dealing with garbage clearance in an effective and efficient.
Assist in inventories, to store and issuance of equipment correctly.
Assist service staff with buffet set and event setup.
Requirements
- At least SPM holder.
- At least 1 year experience in Culinary is required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Can work well in a team in a diverse work environment.
