Mr. William Anthony is the Head of Department for Hospitality and Culinary Arts at UCSI University Sarawak Campus. He has a Bachelor of Culinary Arts & Foodservice Management (hons) from Taylor’s University and Université de Toulouse, while his Diploma in Hotel Management is from SEGi College Sarawak. He has 2 years of teaching experience, having taught Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry. Prior to taking up his teaching appointments, he was employed in the hospitality and foodservice industry for 4 years. Not only does he have experience in the culinary field, he also has worked as a barista and bartender at Hilton Kuching.
