Dynamic educationalist in higher education, passionate about teaching and supervising students while mastering MQA processes to elevate programme quality and accreditation. Currently focused on mentoring postgraduate students through their thesis projects, guiding them step by step from ideation to completion while building students skills and confidence to become accomplished scholars. My academic and professional journey has equipped me with meaningful knowledge, skills and insights that have strengthened my passion for educating and shaping young minds. I spark curiosity, hone critical thinking and foster inclusive learning environments where students thrive. As a lifelong learner, I remain committed to professional growth and looking forward collaborating with fellow educators and researchers on publications, grants and community services that drive positive change in academia.
