A team of 21 National SDG Youth Agents came from as far as Perak, Johor, Pahang and Kelantan to engage with UCSI and UCSI's team had the privilege to share with them on a few aspects: Ms Megala (Student Affairs) on a glimpse of Harmony in Religions, Asst Prof Lucas Lim on Greening and Caring at UCSI, Yen (Engineering student) with brief hands-on experience in making Ecobricks and representatives from Youth Beyond Boundaries.
The Malaysian Youth SDG Agents is a revolutionary initiative that help young people to connect with their local community and parliamentarians and take actions with SDG lenses on inclusive and equitable quality education. It is a platform to learn, connect, implement, talk, and showcase best practices in localising SDGs.
International Research Conference on Pharmaceutical and Allied Sciences (IRCPAS 2.0), brought to you by the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, UCSI University
Following the tremendous success of IRCPAS in 2020, the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences hosted the second conference, which focused on the theme "21st Century Frontiers: Paradigm Shift in Research and Innovation." The purpose of the conference was to provide a forum for the exchange and updating of knowledge in pharmaceutical and health sciences research and innovation.
RISM International Research Conference IRC 5.0, 2023
A platform for open dialogue among surveyors in the built environment.
UCSI University’s School of Architecture & Built Environment and The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia have collaborated to organise the RISM International Research Conference IRC 5.0, 2023 (RISM-IRC 5.0, 2023) today at UCSI University Kuala Lumpur Campus. Themed "Bridging World: Towards Future Sustainability and Technology in the Built Environment”, RISM IRC5.0 is intended to serve as an out-reach platform for surveying and built environment for Academia, Practitioners, and Students. RISM’s President Sr Dainna Baharuddin and UCSI Group’s CEO and UCSI University’s Vice-Chancellor Professor Datuk Ir Ts Dr Siti Hamisah Binti Tapsir, FASc, were among the guests of honour attended the event.
