This position requires commitment in teaching, research, supervision & scholarly activities and contribution to programme administration and management.
Requirements
- At least a PhD degree in the areas of Organisational Behavior/International Business/Business Administration/Human Resource Management/Strategy and Entrepreneurship or in any relevant field.
- A strong research and publication track record is highly desirable.
- Minimum Scopus/WoS H-index: 10.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.
