
Overview
This programme is designed to equip students with the strategic skills and practical knowledge needed to manage people effectively in today’s dynamic business environment. Covering key areas such as talent management, performance evaluation, organisational development, and employment law, the curriculum blends academic theory with real-world application. Through internships, industry projects, and hands-on learning, students gain valuable insights into aligning human capital strategies with business goals. Graduates will be well-prepared for careers in human resource management, organisational consulting, and related fields, or to pursue further studies in HR or management.

Pass with minimum grade C (GPA 2.0) in any 2 subjects and pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level, or equivalent

The requirement to pass Mathematics and English at SPM level in the first and second items can be waived should the qualifications contain Mathematics and English subjects with equivalent/higher achievement.

- Placement into the various levels of the English for Tertiary Education programme depends on the English Language qualification students have at the point of admission and/or the outcome of the English Placement Test.
- Applicants who have met the respective academic programme’s English Language Requirement may be advised by Faculty to improve their proficiency by undertaking additional English proficiency courses.
