The UCSI APEL Centre made a benchmarking visit to the APEL Centre of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) to exchange insights and strengthen collaboration between both institutions.
The visit was attended by UCSI APEL Centre head, along with UCSI APEL coordinators from the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management and the Graduate Business School.
The session served as a platform to share expertise, skills and best practices in APEL management and implementation, supporting UCSI’s efforts to further develop and enhance its own APEL Centre.
