- Student can email to [email protected] (AO) for confirmation on whether you have to take the English Test.
- AO will reply to your email within 3 working days and copied your respective department for the advice on arrangement of the English Placement Test (EPT)/ Semester Course selection once the fees is cleared.
- For those required to take the CETE Class, CFL will email the student on the arrangement of the EPT Test
- For those who are exempted from English requirement, HOD will email the student on the Y-Table for course selection.
- Meet with the Head of Department/ Head of Programme to obtain Study Plan and Y-Table, for the list of courses to be selected in the semester.

- You will obtain the access to the CourseNetwork 24 hours after your course selection been approved and updated in the IIS.
How do I know my course selection is updated in IIS?- If the status is indicated “CLOSED”. Check IIS Activities; or
- If the latest selected course(s) appeared in fees page. Check IIS Profile → fees page; or
- If the latest selected course(s) timetable is updated. Check IIS Activities;
