Participants of the “My One-Day Uni Life” event.

On 30^th June and 7^th July 2018, the UCSI University’s Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering organised an event called “My One-Day Uni Life”, co-organised by the Hands of Hope.

“My One-Day Uni Life” is a reach-out event to underprivileged communities. The event focused on introducing the community to university life and it is in line with Sustainable Development Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities.

A hands-on activity in constructing an electric car from recycled materials was part of the event to improve the community’s knowledge on engineering applications in their daily life.
