Entry Requirements

Academic Requirements

STPM

Passed at least two (2) subjects with a minimum Grade C (GP 2.00) in any two (2) subjects, and a credit in English at SPM or its equivalent

STAM

Minimum grade of Jayyid, and a credit in English at SPM or its equivalent

UEC

A minimum of five (5) credits (B6), including English. Applicants without a credit in English (UEC) but with a credit in English (SPM) are eligible for enrolment.

International Baccalaureate (IB)

A minimum score of 26/42 for six (6) subjects. (A minimum Grade 4 is required for credit transfer – Year 1)

Matriculation

A minimum CGPA of 2.0 and a credit in English at SPM or its equivalent.

A-Level or equivalent

A minimum Grade D in any two (2) subjects.

UCSI Foundation in Arts / Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree or equivalent

A minimum CGPA of 2.0 and a credit in English at SPM or its equivalent.

Diploma in Media and Communication / Diploma in Psychology / Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

A minimum CGPA of 2.0.

Australian Year 12 (AUSMAT / SACE / SAM / TEE / WACE / NTCE / NSW HSC)

A minimum mark of 60%.

Canadian High / Secondary School (Grade 12) or Canadian Pre-U / Matriculation

A minimum mark of 60%.

Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) /
Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM) /
Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM)

A minimum CGPA of 2.50, subject to approval by the HEP Senate/Academic Board.

Candidates without an English subject in their admission qualification are required to take a reinforcement English subject equivalent to SPM level. This subject must be completed prior to enrolment.
