In the paper entitled “The past and beyond of mobile payment research: a development of the mobile payment framework”, Internet Research (Emerald, SSCI), (ahead-of-print);

The ranking was based on the bibliometric analysis of 1999 articles published in Mobile Payment from 1997-2021 using the Scopus database.

FOR BEING NAMED AS THE WORLD’S MOST PRODUCTIVE AUTHOR IN THE AREA OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT - HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Distinguished Professor Ts Dr Ooi Keng Boon has earned the distinction of being named the World's Most Productive Author in the Total Quality Management (TQM) - Human Resource Management (HRM) domain.

He is ranked #1 Top in the world and has been recognised in an article published by "The TQM Journal" (Emerald, Scopus) titled "Bridging the gap between TQM and HRM: mapping knowledge and identifying areas for future research," authored by Flamini, G., Pareschi, L., & Martinez, M. (2023).

Based on a bibliometric analysis of 132 articles published in the TQM-HRM field from 1991 to 2021, using the Scopus database, the ranking identified him as the top author worldwide. With 14 publications in this area, he has amassed a staggering 1,501 citations. His research has had a significant impact on the ongoing discussion around the theoretical development linking performance appraisal and Total Quality Management performance.

AWARDED THE “BEST DEVELOPMENT PAPER AWARD” BY THE BRITISH ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT AT THE BAM2022 CONFERENCE.

M. (2020).

BEST PAPER AWARD AT THE 2ND INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES AND INTELLIGENT SYSTEM (ICETIS)

IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management (IEEE) is the ranked ’A’ journal by the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) Journal Quality List and ‘Level 3’ journal in the Association of Business Schools Academic Journal Quality Guide( ABS) and has an Impact Factor of 8.702 according to the Journal Citation Reports 2021 (JCR) by Clarivate Analytics.
