Asst. Prof. Dr. Ida Anak Ingko is currently a Head of Research and Postgraduate Studies, senior lecturer, and former Head of Department (2014-2020) for the Degrees in Tourism and Commerce for the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at UCSI University Sarawak Campus. She holds Doctorate in Business Administration (UiTM), Master’s Degree in Business Administration from (UiTM) Kota Samarahan, Sarawak, Postgraduate in Diploma in Tertiary Teaching from UCSI University and a BA (Hons) in Tourism Management from Northern University Malaysia (UUM), Kedah. 
She has over 16 years of teaching experience and working experience in the hospitality industry. She was involved in consultancy project with the industry, steering committee in Regional Centre of Expertise (RCE) Kuching that highlighting Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and as well contributed her research in tourism, hospitality, and management topics.
