Biography

Joseph is a Lecturer for the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at UCSI University. Previously, he held the position of Head of Department of Culinary Arts, UCSI University Sarawak. He has more than 14 years' experience in the Education and Hospitality industry. He has also been appointed as a National Expert in the Food and Hospitality filed by the Department of Skill, under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia.
