Biography

Chan Kok Fei, Mike graduated from UNITAR International University with a Master of Education (Educational Leadership and Management) with his Project Paper of “Effectiveness of Recorded Video and Live Demonstration in Culinary Classroom”. He furthered his studies in Doctor of Philosophy in Education (Educational Management). He is a chef who has twelve years of experience in hospitality industry and ten years in culinary arts education. He embarked on his culinary career with passion in 2002, eventually transitioning into the education sector to share his expertise. He is also a panel of National Occupational of Skills Standard (NOSS). His passion on cooking and combine of Eastern cuisine and Western cuisine into fusion cuisine. With his past years working experience in hospitality industry, the last position he held were Sous Chef at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. One of associate committee in Malaysian Food & Beverage Executives Association (MFBEA).
