Responsibilities
1. To monitor & issuance of new staff confirmation / new role confirmation letter for entire
UCSI Group of Companies.
2. Ensure confirmation letter are given to staff, returned and filed in a timely manner.
3. Prepare telephone extension list, Saturday duty schedule when applicable.
4. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning leaves and attendance.
5. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for medical claims such as maintaining accurate
medical benefits entitlement and processing clinics and hospital billings.
6. Have the knowledge of company insurance and the processes.
7. To be responsible for Group Human Resource Office logistic management such as
stationery, housekeeping, etc.
8. Liaison person with Group Logistics Management Office for employee reserved parking.
9. In-charge of Employee Welfare i.e. delivering of fruit basket for employee who are on maternity,
paternity and hospitalization and wreath for death cases.
10. Provide feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
11. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and
administering and helping resolve work-related problems.
12. Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
13. Perform any other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
