Ivy Irvine Mikal is a Course Administrator at the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) at UCSI University Sarawak Campus. She received her education from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) with a Master’s in Human Resource Development and Bachelor of Arts in English Language with a scholarship by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia and Sarawak Tunku Abdul Rahman Scholarship Foundation. As a fresh graduate, in each of her previous job experiences, she has performed her assignments with a high degree of skill and professionalism. During her studies year in UPM, she actively involves in organising and participating in events by the university and Ministry of Higher Education. She believes in excellence and has always dedicated herself, her talents and her creative abilities to assure the successful accomplishment of her self-improvement goals especially now with UCSI University.
