Judy Sung is a Culinary Arts tutor in the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at UCSI University Sarawak Campus. She completed her diploma at Taylor’s School of Hotel Management, specializing in cuisine. Her previous employment includes the position of JPK Program Coordinator for Saujana Academy of Hospitality and Tourism.
She has over 15 years of teaching experience in culinary, pastry and bakery courses. She is a qualified trainer for the JPK program and Food Handler Course. She also won a DIPLOMA AWARD for the Food Hotel Malaysia Competition in 2015 and attended the 3rd Penang International Halal Chef Challenge 2016. Along with her culinary expertise, she is also a member of the OSHA committee for UCSI University Sarawak Campus.
