Judy Sung is a passionate and dedicated Chef Tutor at UCSI University, specializing in pastry, bakery and culinary arts. With years of experience in the kitchen, she combines technical expertise with creative flair to inspire and nurture the next generation of culinary professionals. Whether guiding students through the art of pastry creation or perfecting the intricacies of baking. She is committed to fostering a hands-on learning environment that encourages both skill development and innovation. With a deep love for the culinary world, she thrives on helping students discover their own culinary passions and bringing out their best in the kitchen. Outside the classroom, she serves as the Secretary for the Kuching Chef’s Association and as a member of Culinary Heritage and Arts Society Sarawak, helping to elevate the standards of aspiring chefs across the region. She is an accredited trainer with the Human Resourse Development Fund (HRDF) Malaysia.
