Joseph is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management, UCSI University. Previously, he served as the Head of the Department of Hospitality and Culinary Arts at UCSI University Sarawak. With over 25 years of experience in the education and hospitality industries, he brings extensive knowledge and expertise to his role. Joseph has been appointed as a National Expert in the field of Food and Hospitality by the Department of Skills under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. He is also an accredited trainer with the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) Malaysia.
