Sim Pei Lin is an Accredited HRD Corp Trainer with over twenty years of experience in the education and hospitality sectors, driven by her passion for developing future professionals.  Holding a MSc in International Tourism Management and a degree in Hospitality Management from UK universities, as well as a Higher Diploma from Switzerland, she has built a solid foundation in hospitality operations and management. She has gained valuable experience at renowned establishments in Switzerland and Malaysia and is actively engaged in academia and  contributes to research in tourism and hospitality management. Additionally, as a certified coffee trainer with the Asian Coffee Certificate from Taiwan, she blends her expertise in hospitality with the coffee industry.
