Inchin Maei is a passionate and dedicated Culinary Chef at UCSI University ,Kuching Campus specializing in French Cuisine & Malaysian Cuisine. Asian and Italian Cuisine With 30  years of experience in the kitchen operation ,   He is committed to fostering a hands-on learning environment that encourages both skill development and innovation. With a deep love for the culinary world, He thrives on helping students discover their own culinary passions and bringing out their best in the kitchen. Outside the classroom, He the Director of Mechandise Kuching Chef’s Association  helping to elevate the standards of aspiring chefs across the region.
