Biography

Suliza Hairon is a lecturer at the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM), UCSI University Kuala Lumpur Campus. She holds a master's degree in Food Service Management, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts Management (Hons) and a Diploma in Culinary Arts. She is a dedicated educator in the field of culinary arts for 10 years where she was a Head of Programme at Berjaya Hospitality University College, Kuala Lumpur and Chef Lecturer at Management & Science University (MSU). She is actively involved in local and international culinary competitions and is dedicated to helping students identify and encourage their strengths and develop compelling narratives to showcase their culinary talents and achievements. She is also an active member of Gastronomy Association of Malaysia and is an Committee member for the association.
