How to Apply UCSI's Student Mobility Programme

Step 1: Submit your Application

Upon submission of your complete application, you will receive the following via email within five (5) working days:

  • SMP1: UCSI’s Letter of Offer
  • SMP2: Student Mobility Programme Course Selection Form
  • SMP3: Resume template/form
  • SMP4: Institution Agreement/Consent Form
  • Fee structure and summary of subjects/modules available during the requested semester

Step 2: Accepting the Offer

Revert the following by the deadline stated in your Letter of Offer:

  • SMP1 (with signature of Applicant and Faculty/Programme Head), SMP2, SMP3 and SMP4
  • A payment of the RM1,500 (approximately USD400) registration fee made to UCSI Education Sdn. Bhd – CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad Bank Account Number: 86-0213894-3 (Swift Code: CTBBMYKL). Kindly provide the University a copy of the bank transaction reference when done.

Step 3: Visa Application

Upon confirmation, the University will apply for your visa which may take up to six (6) weeks. Upon approval, you will receive via email your Visa Approval Letter from UCSI’s Visa Processing Unit <vpu@ucsiuniversity.edu.my>. You will also receive an invoice detailing the total fees, including the selection of your courses. Kindly make the payment before arranging for your departure to Malaysia.

Step 4: Travelling to Malaysia

To make pickup arrangements, kindly email your flight details to our UCSI’s Pickup Team <pickup@ucsiuniversity.edu.my> seven (7) days prior your departure.
