Her recent publication entitled ‘International links between Streptococcus pneumoniae vaccine serotype 4 sequence type (ST) 801 in Northern European shipyard outbreaks of invasive pneumococcal disease’ in the Vaccine (Impact Factor 3.641).

This research article examined genomic relationships between Pneumococcal outbreak strains and, by including additional international isolates of ST801 and related sequence types, to provide a phylogeographical and temporal context for the outbreaks.
