Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiry
  • To maintain information and data
  • Be the main point of liaison between the company and its customers regarding contract and scheduling matters
  • Operate eHMS system
  • Liaise with landlord for the tenancy renewal
  • Liaise with internal department for marketing / customer complaints
  • Any other administrative matters
  • Ad-Hoc helping purchasing division (project team)
  • You shall perform all other duties relating to the above that may be assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities
