Administrative Cum Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiry
- To maintain information and data
- Be the main point of liaison between the company and its customers regarding contract and scheduling matters
- Operate eHMS system
- Liaise with landlord for the tenancy renewal
- Liaise with internal department for marketing / customer complaints
- Any other administrative matters
- Ad-Hoc helping purchasing division (project team)
- You shall perform all other duties relating to the above that may be assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities
