Responsibilities

Leads Strategy & Management

  • Design and implement comprehensive lead management strategies to support student recruitment goals of UCSI University for under graduate and postgraduate programme.
  • Oversee the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of leads across all stages of the recruitment funnel.
  • Develop segmentation strategies to personalize communication and improve engagement with prospective students.
  • Ensure all leads are nurtured efficiently through automated workflows and personalized engagement strategies.

 

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze lead generation and conversion data to provide actionable insights and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Produce regular reports on lead performance, , and recruitment forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communication and sales teams to refine targeting and messaging based on lead behavior and data analytics.

 

Process Improvement

  • Continuously review and improve lead handling processes, ensuring a consistent and professional approach to student engagement.
  • Implement best practices in lead scoring, automation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Stay up-to-date with global trends and technologies in higher education recruitment and CRM tools.

 

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise a team of leads executives; provide training, performance reviews, and continuous professional development.
  • Work closely with Marketing Communication, sales team and faculty teams to ensure alignment of messaging and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Liaise with third-party agencies, partners, and digital platforms to maximize lead quality and conversion.
  • Participate in all major student recruitment activities which include, but may not be limited to, education fair representations, Open Days and special events  organized to attract potential students.
  • Support all marketing activities and develop network links to create more awareness of the courses and programmes offered by UCSI  University.
  • Undertake any other projects that may be assigned from time to time by the Management of UCSI University.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Data Analytic or related field (Master’s degree would be advantage).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in student recruitment, CRM, or sales pipeline management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate) and data analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in driving successful lead management strategies and improving conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
  • Able to work on weekend.
