Four researchers from UCSI - Senior Professor Ts Dr Ooi Keng Boon, Emeritus Professor Dr Phang Siew Moi, Associate Professor Dr Eric Chan Wei Chiang, and Professor Dato’ Dr Ng Seik Wen are ranked top 2% in the world by the 2019 Stanford University List in various sub-fields.

Harvard University annually selects top students from UCSI University to embark on high impact research programmes.

Since 2014, the world-renowned university has selected a total of 10 students from UCSI for this endeavour.

These top students were those who had been pursuing Doctor of Medicine, and more recently, BSc (Hons) Biotechnology.

84 of the 87 UCSI’s programmes listed in the Higher Education Ministry’s Graduate Employability 2020 survey received a 100% graduate employability score. Averagely, all 87 programmes scored 99.8% in the survey.

UCSI University has once again improved its rankings in the QS World University Rankings 2021. This time, the University climbed 51 spots to be ranked 391, placing it among the world’s top 400 varsities. This milestone is a result of a consistent university-wide push for excellence and performance as the University strives to continuously improve its ranking and academic standards in the coming years.

Congratulations to Initiative Z, a student-led project from UCSI University (Kuala Lumpur campus) for being selected as one of the examples for SDG contribution.

The SDG Accord is a high profile international initiative that the Global Alliance developed to allow the tertiary education sector to demonstrate its commitment to playing its part in meeting the SDGs, and sharing best practice.
