ELE subject management – monthly update for faculty monitoring of student ELE process, semesterly update to students on their ELE process, setup subject in IIS, ELE portal
ELE subject management – to review the application of ELE point from various stakeholders and grant ELE point accordingly.
ELE subject management – to ensure the result is being updated, coordinate on the result release of Kuching, KT, and collaboration partners students.
Approval of student activities, monitoring the execution of student activities and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
Student organization management – yearly renewal of student organization status, manage club financial records, monthly meeting with all SO presidents, list of executive committees, ensure information is recorded properly in ELE portal
Attend to ad hoc task

Degree or professional qualification in administrative/ sports science/ mass communication.
Minimum 3-4 years working experience
Excellent communication skills
Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities
