Foo Lee Yen is a Faculty Administrator at the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) at UCSI University Sarawak campus. She received her Master of Science in Food Management and Bachelor of Science in Food Studies majoring in Food Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).  She worked as a lecturer in Greencity International College Kuala Lumpur after receiving her master degree in 2012. She is currently pursuing her PhD at the Faculty of Food Science and Technology, UPM. Her research interest includes hotels efficiency measurement using data envelopment analysis and human resource management practises in the hospitality industry. During her graduate studies, she has published several articles in journals and has presented her work in several national and international conferences.
