Responsibilities

  • Responsible for marketing the University and its products and services in Malaysia and/or international markets.
  • To expand the use of digital marketing for the primary purpose of student recruitment through other digital platforms to increase lead generation and management with an ultimate aim of conversation through enrolment
  • Digital Marketing Management:
    • Responsible for leading and implementing the development of marketing campaigns based on defined objectives.
    • Responsible to drive SEO, SEM campaign.
  • Platform Management:
    • Responsible for the operations and management of the University’s websites/landing pages and all digital platforms related to marketing and student recruitment.
    • Responsible for managing CRM, digital marketing platforms and subscriptions.


Requirements

  • Undergraduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • A level of maturity consistent with the requirements of the position for independent work, initiative and travel.
  • Pleasant personality with strong customer service focus and able to develop good working relationships with students, staff members and external stakeholders.
  • A good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)
  • Familiar with color separation, website design and video post-production
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.
  • Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as and when required to meet student recruitment targets and demonstrated ability to response quickly to students’ and agents’ enquiries at all time.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
  • Ability to successfully prioritise and identity the best course of action in the implementation of marketing plans.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
  • Marketing experience in an educational institution is an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport.
