Responsibilities

Payment: by session/programme basis

• Massages customers and administers other body conditioning treatments for hygienic or remedial purposes: Applies alcohol, essential oil, lubricants, or other rubbing compounds.
• Massages body, using such techniques as kneading, rubbing, and stroking flesh, to stimulate blood circulation, relax contracted muscles, facilitate the elimination of waste matter, or to relieve other conditions, using hands or vibrating equipment.
• Administers steam or dry heat, ultraviolet or infrared, or water treatments on request of customer or instructions of the physician.
• You shall examine the client and recommend body conditioning activities or treatments.

Requirements

• Experienced working in a spa or therapy center environment is preferred.

• At least 2 years' experience as a professional massage therapist.

• Proficient knowledge of reflexology, Balinese, Thai, Swedish, prenatal, trigger point, sports, and deep tissue massage.
