Registered Property Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the Strata Titled Property Management Company.
• Understands and has a firm understanding of the regulations imposed by the Board of Valuers, Estimators, Estate Agents and Property Managers.
• Ability to seek and close sales with the Joint Management Body (JMB) or Management Committee (MC) of each strata property.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites on its daily management and maintenance.
• Ability to manage collection from strata titled owners.
• Good communication skills coupled with good PR & EQ to deal with multiple external parties.
• Working knowledge of Building Maintenance.
• Ability to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and Cantonese would be an added advantage.
• Added advantage if the candidate possesses the Property Management (P) and Estate Agent (E) licence.
