  • You shall be responsible for driving & achieving sales targets
  • You shall present and sell company products and services to potential and current clients.
  • You shall propose, implement, and supervise competitive sales & marketing action plans.
  • You shall liaise with relevant internal and external parties to coordinate sales and marketing activities.
  • You shall participate in all internal and external marketing activities
  • You shall prepare & conduct a variety of presentations, proposals, sales contracts and status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • You shall develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • You shall manage & ensure quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
  • You shall manage & supervise account services through quality checks and other follow-up methods.
  • You shall establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing, advertising and field activity.
  • You shall conduct market research on competitor’s products, marketing plan, product price and etc. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to superior.
  • You shall ensure the quality and consistency of Laurent Bleu’s social media and internet presence.
  • You shall plan and produce ROI reports
  • You shall meet your minimal sales target monthly
  • You shall lead, manage, execute all digital marketing campaigns.
  • You shall manage, coordinate, and perform all related administrative tasks for Sales and Marketing.
  • You shall present the company to potential clients, the public, internal events, and to any public relations (PR)-related events.
  • You shall pursue strategic opportunities, cultivate partnerships or commercial relationships, and identify new markets for Laurent Bleu’s products and services.  
  • You shall attend PR related events seeking business opportunities while professionally maintaining a favourable public image of Laurent Bleu.
  • You shall develop and manage e-commerce, distributorship, franchising, panelships, and any other capacities that contribute to the Sales and Marketing of Laurent Bleu.
  • You shall perform all other duties that may be assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Preferably from the beauty/wellness/FMCG industry, experiences in social media and digital marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pro-active and self motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.
  • Possess own transport.
