Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic sales plan that will bring the hotel products, facilities and services to every company in the targeted segments for their usage.
  • Be a Sales Ambassador of Le Quadri Kuala Lumpur by speaking and present (Selling) our products; facilities and services to external audiences. Building awareness of our products; facilities and services and successfully sell to them.
  • Work with marketing department to develop messaging to promote in various platform that differentiates our products, facilities and services from what’s in the market; bring products awareness to the targeted market in the shorter term and nationwide in a longer term.
  • Jointly develop sales collateral with marketing department that are punchy, memorable with high impact to the targeted audience that will reap the maximum sales results.
  • Build a successful Corporate sales team; lead the team in achieving both company and personal aspiration through inspiration and sales leadership.
  • Build and managing channel partnership by bringing the values of our hotel products; facilities and services to them and their clients.
  • Keeping abreast by constantly collect, research and analyse market and competitor offerings to ensure the competitiveness our products; facilities and services offering.
  • To present the corporate sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • To attend special sales promotion or marketing activities organized by the hotel.
  • Work closely with Operations and F&Bs department to build and implement customers’ relationship management plan to ensure customers satisfaction and bring the user experience to the highest ‘Unbelievable’ customer excellence level.
  • To work with Director of Sales and Marketing and General Manager to manage and set pricing guidelines.
  • To ensure Corporate Accounts Receivables (AR) and Collection are done timely.

Other Related Responsibilities

  • Maintain and make improvement to current Hotel Sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Work closely and maintain a good working relationship with all other departments of the hotel.
  • Proactively facilitate best practices between all functional departments in the hotel.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies /Management / Sales / Marketing

Experience

  • A minimum 7 years working experience in a Sales or Sales Operations / Coordination / Sales Management
  • Experience in Hotel and Hospitality sales will be an added advantage.
