Special Assistant to Senior Vice President

The Special Assistant to the Senior Vice President reports directly to and works closely with the Senior Vice President of Group Property Division. The Special Assistant is responsible for supporting the Senior Vice President through a combination of project management, writing and editing, administrative and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Provide special assistance to the administration/operation staff in their everyday activities.
- Perform and execute special assistance duties as assigned in various projects including policies and guidelines implementation to enhance business opportunities.
- Handle and manage various special assignments as directed by the Senior Vice President.
- Handle and troubleshoot complex individual problems and issues.
- Coordinate special assistance functions as assigned in inter-departmental activities.
- Assist in planning, developing, implementing and management of key business issues and protocols.
- Prepare briefings, talking points, presentations and proposals for the Senior Vice President, for internal and external purposes.
- Work with colleagues to ensure effective preparation and follow-up to management and staff meetings.
- Participate in meetings and project groups both internally and externally, contribute to the effective running of the Group Property Division.
- Manage some special projects as directed by the Senior Vice President.
Requirements
- Education BA/BS level.
- Experience of project management.
- Resilience and flexibility, able to work calmly under pressure and deal with a fast changing workload and sometimes demanding deadlines.
- Proactive and creative approach to solving problems.
- Ability to produce well-presented and coherent written and visual materials quickly.
- Outgoing, helpful disposition and the ability to deal with people respectfully, diplomatically and firmly as appropriate.
- Excellent English language communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, grammatically correct written documents and presentations.
- Able to deal with confidential matters discreetly.
- Numeracy and financial literacy.
