Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene in all kitchen and food and beverage areas.

  • Dishwashing, cleaning of kitchen and stewarding area and dealing with garbage clearance in an effective and efficient.

  • Assist in inventories, to store and issuance of equipment correctly.

  • Assist service staff with buffet set and event setup.



Requirements

  • At least SPM holder.
  • At least 1 year experience in Culinary is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Can work well in a team in a diverse work environment.
