Teacher Supervisor cum Instructional Material Lead

Responsibilities
Teacher Supervision
- Provide guidance and mentorship to preschool teachers to improve teaching methods and classroom management.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and evaluations to assess teaching effectiveness.
- Offer constructive feedback and create professional development plans for teachers.
- Ensure compliance with curriculum standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting teaching manpower when need arises
Instructional Material Development
- Establish and maintain relationships with external publishers and educational material providers.
- Collaborate with publishers to develop and review educational books and learning resources tailored to the centre’s curriculum.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with external publishers.
- Stay current with industry trends and educational innovations related to curriculum materials.
Business Operation
- Support the admission team for the entry of new students into educational programmes and other academic related processes.
- Support the marketing team by preparing quality teaching and learning content for marketing and branding purposes.
- Support cost management initiatives
- Support the school events and celebrations
- Support any ad-hoc or pre-planned internal marketing recruitment activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as a preschool teacher with a strong track record of effective teaching.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an educational setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices.
- Familiarity with external publishing processes and educational materials development.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
