Wellness Manager

Responsibilities

• You shall be responsible for the overall wellness programs.
• You shall be responsible and managing the onsite fitness facilities.
• You shall give consultation on the various wellness programs offered by the company.
• You shall design and launch programs to promote a healthy lifestyle. 
• You shall ensure company goals are met while adhering to the approved budget.
• You shall be responsible for market research and analyse current market strategy, demand and competition.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a medical degree (MBBS).
• Candidate with a Master’s in Public Health or relevant will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the Wellness Industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent ability to plan and execute with a strong sense of detail.
• Excellent management skills and highly organised.
