Distinguished Professor Ts Dr Ooi Keng Boon |  Dean of UCSI’s Graduate Business School

Distinguished Professor Ts Dr Ooi Keng Boon has earned the distinction of being named the World's Most Productive Author in the Total Quality Management (TQM) - Human Resource Management (HRM) domain.

He is ranked #1 Top in the world and has been recognised in an article published by "The TQM Journal" (Emerald, Scopus) titled "Bridging the gap between TQM and HRM: mapping knowledge and identifying areas for future research," authored by Flamini, G., Pareschi, L., & Martinez, M. (2023).

Based on a bibliometric analysis of 132 articles published in the TQM-HRM field from 1991 to 2021, using the Scopus database, the ranking identified him as the top author worldwide. With 14 publications in this area, he has amassed a staggering 1,501 citations. His research has had a significant impact on the ongoing discussion around the theoretical development linking performance appraisal and Total Quality Management performance.
