FACULTY MEMBERS RANK AMONG THE WORLD’S TOP 2% SCIENTISTS BY THE 2021 STANFORD UNIVERSITY LIST

Three renowned faculty members from UCSI Graduate Business School have been listed among the World’s Top 2% Scientists by the 2021 Stanford University List, a strong recognition of the school faculty’s excellent academic standard and research performance. Among the World’s Top 2% Scientists are Distinguished Professor Ts Dr Ooi Keng Boon, Professor Dr Garry Tan Wei Han, and Assistant Professor Dr Mehrbakhsh Nilashi.

Professor Ooi is ranked 16 (based on composite score) in Malaysia across disciplines. In the area of Business and Management, Professor Ooi and Professor Garry rounded up the top ten on the national list (Malaysia), in which Professor Ooi ranked second while Professor Garry came in sixth. On the one hand, Assistant Professor Nilashi is ranked 4^th in the field of Artificial Intelligence & Image Processing in Malaysia.
