Dr. Marwa is an accomplished professional known for their expertise in executive management, academic research, cultural preservation, and, most recently, as a lecturer at UCSI. With a career that began in the Cairo University Museum in Egypt, Dr. Marwa's work in archaeology and artifact preservation laid the groundwork for their deep appreciation of cultural heritage. Moving into academia, Dr. Marwa contributed significantly at the University Malaysia Perlis' Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, developing training materials to foster entrepreneurship among students. They then excelled as the Executive Manager of Pioneer Company in Malaysia, where they led strategic marketing efforts, financial oversight, and cross-departmental collaboration to align with organizational goals. Now, as a lecturer at UCSI, Dr. Marwa brings this rich tapestry of experiences to the academic realm, further enriching the educational landscape with their diverse skill set in Entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and tourism cultural curation, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to leadership, innovation, and educational enrichment.
