UCSI’s culinary competition successfully showcased talented young chefs among the Central Region schools in KL and Selangor. A total of 17 schools with 54 shortlisted participants participated in this Grand Finale competition. Congratulations to the winners and all aspiring chefs!
The world’s #1 tower runner Soh Wai Ching was at UCSI University again on 4 March 2023 at Block G, UCSI University KL Campus! And this time, with a bigger crowd to join the race.
The National Young Chef’s Challenge was organised by UCSI University’s Faculty of Hospitality, Tourism, and Management with the support from the Gastronomy Association of Malaysia and World Association Masterchef. The theme for this event is to create a vegan dish, where participants get the chance to shine and showcase their culinary skills to create vegan-based cuisine.
